Muscatel

Description //
Gold-coloured fortified wine that takes on a dark golden hue with time. Made with must of muscatel grapes and wine alcohol. The muscatel grapes give it its characteristic sweetness and density. It has a raisin aroma and flavour, with certain citric notes.

Food pairing //
Recommended for matching with sweet desserts, pastries, ice creams, nuts and to marinate fruits such as oranges and strawberries.
