Young wine with a crimson colour. A nose of certain fruit aromas like gooseberry. A gentle, slightly tart flavour that brings it crispness, while keeping up a good structure. Its bottling process, performed with meticulous care, brings out this wine’s original colour, flavour and aromas.

Recommended to enjoy as an aperitif, with rice casseroles, and white meats.
